- Park your car at Banding Island Public Jetty, we will pick you up on our boat without extra charges. If you are coming by bus, tell the driver to drop you off at Kompleks Perikanan since most of the drivers do not do drop-offs at the jetty.
- Banding Island Public Jetty is the main jetty to Belum Eco Resort. For your convenience, upon booking, Belum Eco Resort will help arrange boat transfers from Banding Island Public Jetty to our resort and back.
- Boat Transfer: The journey will take 25 (by speed boat) or 50 minutes (by houseboat)

By Car
From Kuala Lumpur
Royal Belum is approximately 400 km from Kuala Lumpur (about a 5 to 6 hour drive). Use the North-South Expressway and head towards Ipoh and Gerik. Then enter the East-West Highway until you will see a signboard that will indicate the direction to the Banding Island Public Jetty.
*Gerik is the last location to fill up your car petrol since there will be no more available petrol stations along the East-West Highway
From Pulau penang
Royal Belum is approximately 250 km from Pulau Penang (about 3 hour drive).
Head south towards Kuala Kangsar and Gerik and then enter the East-West Highway until you will see a signboard which will indicate the direction to the Banding Island Public Jetty.
From Kelantan
Royal Belum is approximately 180 km from Kelantan (about 3 hour drive). Use the East-West Highway until you will see a signboard which will indicate the direction to the Banding Island Public Jetty.
By Bus/Coach
For a glimpse of the local countryside, take an express bus/coach service from Kuala Lumpur (Terminal Bersepadu Selatan: TBS bus station – 5 hours), or if travelling from Penang (2.5 hours), to Hentian Gerik Bus Station. From Hentian Gerik Bus Station take a ~ 40-minute taxi ride to Banding Island Public Jetty. If travelling from Kelantan (3.5 hours), stop at Kompleks Perikanan and walk to approximately 200 meters to Banding Island Public Jetty.

Guests are advised to adhere to the pick-up and drop-off timing set. Provided that there are other groups on that day, any unscheduled transport timing is subjected to MYR 150 per boat for single travel. Please inform Belum Eco Resort in advance of your expected arrival time. Kindly contact the property directly with the contact details provided.
